QLA on Anti-Cruelty to Animals

Isn't protecting animals a measure of our humanity?

Two organisations are doing something positive against the unnecessary cruel slaughtering of animals - mostly done to meet religious requirements - and their inhumane caging.

They provide a facility on their web sites for you to simply click a button to send your objections to the authorities. The organisation's web sites are:

Animals Australia - The Voice for Animals

People Against Cruelty in Animal Transit (PACAT)

Although animals are unable to speak, they are capable of expressing suffering, pain and fear - our laws are designed to prevent cruelty to them.
