Stem Cell Research

At my ripe old age it is no doubt too late for me, but having been paralysed in one leg and one arm and partially paralysed in other parts of my body for more than 50 years, I know just what a blessing it is going to be to multi millions of people around the world if the benefits which are predicted from stem cell research come to fruition. It's okay to sit back and quote ethics etc when you and your family are not suffering from any disabilities. We have some complaining about the ethics of interfering with the life of a minute cell and in the process condemning millions of fully grown adults to living with unnecessary disabilities for the rest of their lives - just to satisfy these so-called ethics. I think the argument against stem cell research is unethical.

So, what's your view? Send me a note via my blog - see link, top right.
